With regard to Yo! Venice!'s speculation that Gjelina co-owner and chef Travis Lett had plans to open a brasserie in the now abandoned mid-century furniture store French 50s60s next door, two sources have confirmed that the space will actually become a take out restaurant. Gjelina and co. are undecided on the concept. Also, rumor has it that Travis will likely be opening his own concept soon, separate from his business partners in Gjelina.
