What's the 'bucks got up its sleeve now? A Seattle Starbucks could set the new standard. This location boasts "muted, earthy colors, an indoor-outdoor fireplace, cushy chairs, and a menu with wine from the Pacific Northwest's vineyards and beer from local craft brewers." This fall the store will also receive espresso machines positioned in the thick of it all, aka in the middle of the room, therefore referred to as a "coffee theater." Other changes include narrower counters and a menu with more savory foods, some of which will be made to order. [The Seattle Times]
