PASADENA— Feast reports that LGO Hospitality, the folks behind La Grande Orange Cafe in Pas and Santa Monica, will open a neighboring pizzeria called The Luggage Room. The 1400-square foot space will boast an “industrial speakeasy vibe,” offer 50 seats, and contain a wood-burning pizza oven big enough to bake 16 pizzas (yikes!!) at a time. [Feast]

CALABASAS— On July 1 from 5-8PM, The Commons at Calabasas will host “Street Eatz" a mini food truck festival with Crepe ‘n Around, The Sweets Truck, Komodo, World Fare, Dumpling Station, The Grilled Cheese Truck, Slice Truck and The Manila Machine. [EaterWire]
