Though initially slated to close in April, the Michelin-starred Daniel Boulud Brasserie in Vegas’ Wynn resort has been given a reprieve through the July fourth weekend. The final service of Mr. Boulud’s only west coast outpost in the US will be July 5. The space will not lie barren however, as Chef David Walzog has been tapped to help develop a new concept. Walzog currently helms the kitchen at the neighboring contemporary SW Steakhouse. More details to come.
