Let's put aside those Walter Manzke LA rumors for a moment. Back in May came word that the chef had signed on to consult for Rich Melman, founder of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, now Time Out Chicago adds additional details. Manzke has joined forces with R.J. and Jerrod Melman (sons of Rich Melman) to revamp 15-year old French eatery, Brasserie Jo. Also on board executive chef Tim Graham (formerly of TRU) and Doug Psaltis (previously at Alain Ducasse and French Laundry). The restaurant is expected to debut in October. [TOC]
