Basically this gathering focuses on bakeries and purveyors who cook with alternatives to high-fructose corn syrup like Babycakes NYC, Frosted Cupcakery, N’ice Cream, Plaisir, Popcakes, Sweets For The Soul, and XT Patisserie.
