According to AdAge, several former McDonald's execs plan to launch a healthful fast casual dining concept. Right now the project is operating under the working title of "Stephanie's" and is expected to debut its first tbd location in early 2011. Potential menu items could include apple-cinnamon steel-cut oats, pita pockets, and pork-and-sweet-potato kabobs and the team is considering eco-friendly store elements like rooftop herb gardens and biodegradable cutlery.
