The son of the owner of legendary New York pizzeria Di Fara is opening his own pizza place, but not in New York. Dominick DeMarco, Jr. will open Dom DeMarco's Pizzeria & Bar in Las Vegas, and has plans to open branches in California, Arizona, and Texas. The pizza will emulate Di Fara's, and DeMarco even has plans to replicate the New York tap water. [NYP via Eater National]
