After a little bit of speculation, Beechwood has announced that Jamie Lauren, formerly of San Francisco's Absinthe Brasserie and Bar, will join the Venice eatery starting October 11. Jamie says she plans to make plenty of menu changes but still incorporate popular dishes from the past.
