Ludobites 5.0 at Gram & Papa's Menu, Revealed

Chef Ludo Lefebvre is headed back to Gram & Papa's for his fifth installment of LudoBites starting tomorrow night. The first two weeks of Ludoland sold out in what seemed like seconds, however the rest of the reservations will become available on Saturday via OpenTable. Anyway, Eater was able to score a copy of Ludo's hotly anticipated menu which, in the past, has included standouts like the foie gras croque monsieur, and who can forget his famous fried chicken? So, without further ado, and to whet those palates, here are some dishes to get excited about: Vadouvan Naan Bread, Salted Coconut Butter; Cheese Cupcake, Chicken Liver and Ham Mousse, Kumquats, Cornichons; Raw Waygu Beef, Dried Miso, Somen Noodle, Peanut Vinaigrette, Candied Watermelon, Mint; Goat Cheese Soup, Bacon, Lardo, Tofu, Green Apple, Frisee Salad; Hot Foie Gras, Chinese Barbecue Sauce, Miso-Eggplant Terrine; Confit Pork Belly, Raw Choucroute Thai Style, Guiness Emulsion; Campfire Smoked S'Mores, Guacamole Sorbet; and Caramel Souffle, Blanco Grapefruit, Fleur de Sel Ice Cream. So there you have it, a pre-taste for anyone headed over for dinner tomorrow night. However, do note that knowing Ludo, a perpetually inspired chef, the menu just might change in the next 24 hours.
