Chicken Dijon, Rama, Fig & Olive

New, 3 comments

Welcome back to another Plywood Report, where we track some of the latest openings around town. Spot something new that we've missed? Let us know.

1) Hollywood: Next door to Wood+Vine on Hollywood Blvd comes an outpost of mini-chain Chicken Dijon rotisserie and grill. Windows are papered up, hard to tell what's happening inside, but expect an opening this fall. [EaterWire]

2) Mid-City: Whoa, it's been months since we heard anything about Rama and suddenly they've taken down the sliding metal door and look about ready to open. Construction is happening again, but it's sporadic. [EaterWire] — DG

3) Mid-City: 650 N. La Cienega, the space that once housed Republic, Bliss, and Melrose Place, lives once again under the new name (and new ownership): Fig & Olive. With a space that big, better be a GREAT well-funded project... [EaterWire]
