Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. Coming to LA, Wally's Wine & Food Celebration, MORE!

BEVERLY HILLS— It's about time! Feast reports on some LA bagel action. Apparently Brooklyn native Larry King has been appointed as a representative for Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. and is bringing the chain to the old Koo Koo Roo space on South Beverly. This location will serve as a prototype for 25 additional outposts set to open throughout California over the next three years. A WeHo shop is also in the planning stages. WEST LA— Wally's Wine & Food Celebration returns this weekend to Westwood Blvd. for its 7th year. The event takes place Sunday from 12-4PM (right before Angeleno mag's Chef's Night Out, mind you) featuring 150 central coast wineries and bites from Comme Ça, Lucques, A.O.C., Tavern, Spago Beverly Hills, CUT, Bouchon/Seagrass, Osteria & Pizzeria Mozza, La Brea Bakery, The Hungry Cat, The Hitching Post, Artisan, Full of Life Flatbread Pizza, Brothers' Restaurant at Mattei's Tavern, The Ballard Inn Restaurant, Olio e Limone, Caché, Jar and Pasolivo.
