Atlantic Bar & Grill Replaces Bar Delux in Hollywood

So here is that new restaurant which replaced Bar Delux on Cahuenga. Not much has changed as far as interior design for Atlantic Bar & Grill which soft opened last Wednesday. The venue is now run by Potential Entertainment (Parc, Central, Wonderland) and Alexander Levin of Pangolin, LLC, and the idea was to open an east coast meets Mediterranean bar and grill with a raw bar, seasonal offerings, and speciality cocktails (in additional to wine and a few craft beers). The kitchen operates under the leadership of consulting chef Gary Robins who previously cooked at NY's The Russian Tea Room, though here he prepares the likes of steak frites, fish of the day, profiteroles, and flourless chocolate cake. Best part of all, and nearly impossible to come by in Hollywood, the valet is free. [EaterWire]

Update: According to restaurant PR Andrew Starnes is the executive chef, however consulting chef Gary Robins developed the menu.
