Earlier this month came word that Venice boardwalk eatery Delizia had shuttered and the plan was to open the space under a new name and concept. Today Thrillist reports on this new venture which debuts tomorrow under the name Venice Ale House from the proprietor of Bar Hayama and "a documentary maker/fishmonger" (?). Naturally, there's a (mostly sustainable) seafood-heavy list of organic edibles in conjunction with 18 craft beers on tap all from the western part of the country. Preview the eats here. [Thrillist]
