Mario Batali is a busy guy: in an interview with The Wall Street Journal, he discusses Eataly, the gourmet grocery store that will also house six restaurants, his expansion to Singapore and Orange County, and the three television projects he's working on, including one in which he travels around Sicily learning cooking secrets from Italian grandmothers (please make this show). He also mentions that he lost 35 pounds over the past year and a half, probably from all the running around he's doing. [WSJ via Eater National]
