Mani's on Fairfax Moves to Maple, Becomes Full Service Restaurant Opening August

New, 2 comments

Earlier this week came word that health-conscious cafe and bakery, Mani's on Fairfax, had plans to expand into the long empty Paperfish space in Beverly Hills. However, what's really going on here is that Mani's is MOVING into this new location and will shutter is Fairfax space after over 20 years of business. Sad news for anyone living near Fairfax and Third but great news for Beverly Hills residents. So, as one might recall, that Paperfish space was fairly spacious with an outdoor patio, and all this new space will allow Mani's on Maple to blossom into a full service restaurant, bar, bakery, and even offer a private dining room. As it now stands, Mani's moves into its new home in August to offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner (new dinner menu), a full bar with specialty cocktails made from organic fruits and veggies, biodynamic, organic, and sustainably-produced wines, California beers plus some vegan and gluten-free brews as well. And while all these changes are exciting for proprietor Larry Maiman, Mani's will still offer that assortment of pastries, cookies, cakes plus take-out salads, sandwiches, and such. Lastly, Mani's on Maple wants to welcome in its old customers plus snag some newbies, so the restaurant will hold an opening party. Anyone interested in attending should visit the Mani's website to sign up.
