Court Case: OC Resident Chomps On Condom in Soup

It doesn't get much worse than this. A Mission Viejo man by the name of Zdenek Philip Hodousek alleges he dined at a Claim Jumper restaurant in April 2009, ordered French onion soup, and discovered a chewy object mid-spoonful. He spit out foreign object only to discover it was a condom. But wait, it gets MUCH worse. Hodousek brought the condom to it tested and the lab "found female DNA on the condom" awwwwww. The Irvine-based restaurant chain, Claim Jumper, denies any wrongdoing and this case is headed to Orange County Supreme Court Monday.
