At this point of over-saturation in the food truck market, what's there to be said other than...clearly more trucks are still on the way. Case in point, welcome to Takosher "the nation's first kosher taco truck" which soft launches today and goes full force September 11, according to LAW. This vehicle is certified Glatt kosher and serves carne asada, chicken, and a Mexi-Jew fusion taco, plus latke and brisket tacos as well. Don't look for the truck during shabbat, though it will roll around Fridays for lunch then follow back up on Saturday nights. [LAW]
