With 10 locations east of the Mississippi, Seasons 52 is set to open their first west coast restaurant at Costa Mesa’s South Coast Plaza on August 30 in the space that previously occupied The Clubhouse. Here now just a little sneak peek inside the eatery which showcases a seasonally-inspired menu of health conscious meals - none of which exceeds 475 calories - and an extensive wine list plus specialty cocktails and such. As for the design, yes, this is a chain, therefore it features many of the same aesthetic choices found at other Seasons 52 around the country, namely the dark woods and contemporary take. This outpost also offers a slew of patio tables bedecked with French bistro chains. Finally, what's in a name? Seasons 52 refers to the practice of featuring the freshest ingredients at their peak of ripeness to maximum flavor every week of the year. — Rico Madula
