On September 16 Eater is joining forces with the members-only dinner club The Supper Club to co-host an evening at the newly opened Tinga on La Brea, which has received rave reviews. Dinner guests will munch on Chicken and Horchata Buck Wheat Waffles with Sauce Borracha; Short Rib Tacos with Papas Bravas and Herbed Salsa Verde; Cochinita Pibil with Double Habanero and Pickled Onion; Chorizo Quesadilla with Pickled Onion and Humbolt Fog Goat Cheese; Sweet Corn with Chili and Lime; Wild and Tame Mushroom Pate Quesadilla; Pollo Rajas; and Arroz Con Crema. The soiree also includes (unlimited!) tequila cocktail creations, and 50% of all proceeds will be donated to Meals on Wheels (and Tinga is donating all food).
