Sam Nazarian To Open Cleo Restaurant Inside The Redbury

Slowly, slowly, details emerge on The Redbury, Sam Nazarian's newest hotel purchase which almost became Palihouse Hollywood. Curbed posts some boho-chic interior room photos, and also spies the recently launched hotel website which lists the venue's eatery as Cleo Restaurant (whose apparent mantra is "It's not stuffy, it's not intellectual, it's just good food"). Not a ton of new details for this casual Mediterranean haunt, though guests will be able to order room service from nearby Katusya. Bedside sushi, mm. Also of note, a new debut. Right now the goal is to soft open August 17 and go full throttle Sept 1. Score a room resy now!
