It's not quite a food truck, rather another food cart. Grub Street spots newcomer Pacific Time, operated by partner Ryan Ross and chef/partner Alex Guzauski. The cart, frequently parked on Windward in Venice, offers an eclectic menu melding flavors from Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and Hawaii. Think a six-hour cooked Kalua pork sliders, shrimp ceviche, and a $5 "beach banh" mi that features Bay Cities famed rolls. Stop by Wed-Sat, 9PM-3AM. [GS]
