Cleo Inside The Redbury Debuts Its Boho-Chic Digs Today

We've already revealed all the details surrounding Cleo, the new Mediterranean restaurant which debuts today inside Sam Nazarian/sbe's new hotel, The Redbury. Here now, the missing piece of the puzzle, the first complete interior photos. Just to recap, behind the stoves one will find sbe corporate chef Danny Elmaleh throwing together a bevy of Mediterranean small plates, some of which are roasted in the restaurant's wood-burning stone oven.

My oh my, there's a lot going on here. From the tufted green chairs to brown leather booths, antiqued mirrors, a completely open kitchen, exposed industrial ceiling, it feels almost like a sedated, muted version of The Bazaar, or a Cecconi's/Bazaar combo. There's communal dining for groups or making new friends, two-tops, four-tops, six-tops, and two bars at which to imbibe or dine. Resy line now accepting.
