The 28th American Wine & Food Festival Returns Sept 25

Holy moly, yet another food fest descends upon this here city, and this one's a biggie. On September 25 Wolfgang Puck and Babara Lazaroff host The 28th Annual American Wine & Food Festival held every fall on the Universal Backlot. Why play? Because it's one place with local, national, and world-renown chefs, wines and cocktails at every turn, live music, and more food than any one person can eat in the allotted five hours.

Just to whet your appetite, you might want to know that T.Kell will be in the house, or rather on the cobble stone streets, to serve bites from Bouchon, as will Paul Liebrandt of NYC's Corton, Charles Phan of SF's The Slated Door, Nancy Silverton who needs no introduction, a major foodie situation is going down this eve. Also, remember all the big players with real estate in Vegas' new Cosmopolitan Hotel? Well, those chef partners are slated to attend, check out the full roster here.

Lastly, don't forget about this year's featured chefs including Nobu Matsuhisa, Charlie Palmer, Paul Bartolotta, Michael White, Santi Santamaria and Dominique Ansel.

Tickets cost $305 each and benefit Meals On Wheels Programs of Los Angeles.
