Silver Lake Natural Food Market Opens, Library Bar Launches Small Plates, MORE!

SILVER LAKE So, that new grocery store, Silver Lake Natural Food Market, has opened on Sunset. Right now about a third of the stock is out, mostly vitamins, yogurt, and other refrigerated goods. Stay tuned for more goods coming soon. [EaterWire]

HOLLYWOOD As previously reported, Library Bar in the Rooesvelt Hotel has added a new food menu to its current offering of seasonal cocktail sips. Small plates range from bacon-wrapped dates (can't go wrong there), to fig and prosciutto crostini, to crispy potatoes three ways. [EaterWire]

AROUND TOWN Matthew Dickson, former manager at Malo, plans to open Pelonchas Taqueria Fresca a Mexican restaurant offering fresh pressed tacos, burritos, taco salads, yucca fries, and corn on the cob. A location has yet to be secured. [Feast]
