Peering inside, total mess, this one looks at least a month or two from opening. 3) Century City: Grub Street brings word that BJ's Brewhouse will debut a new outpost in the Westfield mall next spring. [GS]

4) Burbank: Also set to launch spring 2011 is another branch of Vietnamese eatery Gingergrass. The new smaller space will open on Magnolia Boulevard and offer a paired down menu as compared to the Silver Lake original. [Feast]
