Nearing the six month mark, Waterloo & City co-owners Carolos Tomazos and Brendan Collins are finally preparing to replace the gastropub's Wreck Room with that previously reported deli. Come November, the restaurant will stock an English-Cali hybrid market selling terrines, pates, sandwiches, salads, cured meats, sausage rolls and pork pies. [Feast]
