Former Provecho Location Downtown Becoming TV Set

Well, here's what the space looked like on a recent afternoon, notice that fresh signage with a fork and knife plus '709' running across the windows. However, according to the construction crew on site, the restaurant will not, in fact, reopen, rather it is well on its way to become a TV set. For the looks of it, a restaurant TV set.
