On the top of their list, coming in at number three, none other than The Foundry and chef Eric Greenspan's haute grilled cheese. The sammie, made with taleggio, slow-braised short ribs, oven-dried tomatoes and apricot-caper puree on raisin bread, was also a past winner at the annual Grilled Cheese Invitational.
