Silence At Borracho Cantina, What's The Deal?

The shutters, they just keep on coming. Has Tony Riviera's eight month-old Mexican restaurant Borracho Cantina bitten the dust as well? The Facts: A) The eatery is supposedly open daily from 11:30AM-2AM but on a recent afternoon the spot was empty and locked up, B) Borracho used to take resys through OpenTable, but according to the site the restaurant "is offline temporarily," C) Eater has repeatedly called the restaurant with no success in reaching an actual human (voicemail picks up every time). So, what's going on here, Borracho? Tips welcome in the comments.
