Back in February a blaze tore through Haitian restaurant TiGeorges, and while nobody was injured in the conflagration, the small space sustained an estimated $50,000 worth of damage. Following the fire, TiGeorges temporarily operated out of Caveman Kitchen on Vermont, but finally seven months post destruction there's a silver lining. Proprietor Georges Laguerre told LA Downtown News that construction has just commenced and TiGeorges "will reopen within a couple of months."
