Downtown seafood haunt Water Grill has announced that after six years executive chef David LeFevre is departing the the eatery to open his own restaurant slated for a spring debut. Not a ton of information other than LeFevre will be chef/partner in the new venture, but this does mean a job position is opening up and WG is currently conducting a local and national search for its next chef.
