Hooters and Knights Restaurant Coming Dtown, Point08 Changes, New Menu at Vintage Enoteca

PASADENA Since its initial launch mid-August, Point08 jazz lounge has rejiggered management, changed its menu, and added a slew of shmancy liquid nitrogen cocktails compliments of former Bazaar barman Tom Howard. HOLLYWOOD Tomorrow Vintage Enoteca launches its winter menu involving "a reimagination of the panini," plus some pasta, salad, and small plate additions.

New Paninis:
Steak: caramelized onions, arugula, blue cheese, tomato confit
Cuban: black forest ham, dill pickles, comté , dijon aioli
Goat cheese: persimmon jam, mint
Bresaola: arugula, pecorino fresco, black pepper aioli , tomato confit

Menu Additions:
Assorted deviled eggs: bacon, caviar, or sun-dried tomato
Roasted cauliflower with romesco dipping sauce
Wild boar short ribs with spicy BBQ sauce
Shrimp risotto with basil purée
Mushroom fusilli with truffle oil, cheese
Sausage flatbread with caramelized onion, fontina, sage
Four cheese flatbread with grana padano, asiago, mozzarella, blue cheese
