Feels like we've been waiting forever with bated breath for Sang Yoon's Lukshon to finally serve us a bowl of noodles. In any event, a website is live, though still quite bare, above the current state of affairs. Exterior signage is up and a worker on site reveals that Lukshon is scheduled to open next week. Diners can expect a modern menu featuring Southeast Asian-inspired cuisine with a focused craft beer and wine menu just like at Father's Office. Look for a slew of Belgian-style brews and Central European whites to pair with the Asian flavors. That plus small-batch spirits, some lesser known Asian spirits like Mao Tai or Bai Jiu, and custom-distilled selections from the Lukshon Lab Series. Get excited. ·All Lukshon Coverage [~ELA~]
