Family owned and operated, Cafe Sorrento, a new Italian and Mediterranean concept, is set to have its soft opening January 18. The former bakery and coffee shop has kept its small, homey feel though with a change in decor. A lover of both Italian and Mediterranean fare, owner Fredrik Megerdichian serves staples of both cuisines from fettuccine alfredo and lasagna to chicken kabob and lamb fillet kabob.
