Sang Yoon's Lukshon should open in the very near future (still no concrete date), and Thrillist shares some design elements and additional menu items to whet your appetite. This is that outside patio in-the-making plus fire pit, then inside here's that open kitchen serving "South Asian w/ hints of Dutch, French, and Portuguese." Think dandan noodles with Kurobuta pork, sesame paste, preserved mustard greens, and peanuts; sea bream with Taiwan spinach, black bean ghee, and sambal ijo; foie gras ganache with carob, Ceylon cinnamon, puffed rice, and tamarind gastrique.
