On January 29 and 30 the James Beard House pops up at Zov's Bistro in Tustin. Hosted by Beard Foundation supporter Zov Karamardian, the two day extravaganza commences with a seven-course dinner, followed by cooking demos from Food Network chefs Michael Symon and Anne Burrell on day two.
