Never a dearth of news in the froyo sector. This time Cold Stone Creamery, that ice cream chain where employees
mush fold in the toppings, plans to join the self-serve bracket by introducing Cold Stone Yogurt Bars into existing shops. Modeled after that Yogurtland setup, customers fill cups with froyo (vanilla, chocolate, cake batter, tart flavor), add toppings, weigh the creation, then shell out the bucks. Coldstone's first Yogurt Bars are expected to launch in Arizona, California and across the East Coast. [NRN]
