AROUND TOWN After departing the Vegas-esque shitshow that was bar210, Top Cheffer Marcel Vigneron braces for the debut of Marcel's Quantum Kitchen on SyFy and dishes on future restaurant plans: "...I'm looking for a location in greater LA to open a restaurant...Hopefully [opening] in the next year. It'll be modern global cuisine, casual, 60 seats, totally affordable yet elegant dishes. Shared plates primarily, reinvented classics. I'm scouting locations now." [Feast]
