Almost two years after its meltdown (sorry, had to do it), Culver City's quick serve grilled cheesery, Meltdown Etc., attempts a full-on comeback via mobile operation (watch out Grilled Cheese Truck). Only problem is, the truck still needs funding. Mobi Munch (responsible for the Ludo Truck) has agreed to run operations, but founder Ryan Afromsky still needs $25,000 to start the engine. So, he's asking fans to pledge funds via Kickstarter.com and so far, in under a week, Afromsky reached just over $2,000. That leaves the next 25 days to add another $23,000, but $2,000 a week won't cut it. Tbd...
