Beanpole Kelly Choi has (thankfully) been booted out of the Top Chef Masters kitchen in favor of Aussie chef Curtis Stone. In an interview with Slashfood he reveals that filming for season three commences next week, and because 1) the previous two seasons were filmed in LA, and 2) the chef resides in Los Angeles, it's pretty safe to assume that season three will, too, be shot right here in the City of Angels.
