K-TOWN On February 15 and 16 the “Magnum Crew”, aka David Haskell (Bin8945) and Joseph Mahon (Bastide), pair together for another prix fixe dinner and drinks situation, this time at Pal Cabron. The four course Mexican meal costs $48 per person plus $27 for the four course alcohol pairing. Guests have the option to add additional courses (max four) for $8 per course, with an addition booze pairing at $6 per glass. So, score eight food courses for $72, or opt for “The Magnum Menu” at $120 a head: eight courses and eight pairings. [EaterWire]
