HOLLYWOOD That new Rolling Stone venue publicly opens late February and owners are looking to hire mixologists. Portland-based bartender Ryan Magarian, a consultant for a slew of sbe joints and co-founder of Aviation Gin, spearheads the cocktail culture which will be run by Tricia Alley (Providence, First & Hope).
