Saddle Peak Lodge loses one young chef, Adam Horton, but gains another. Stepping in to fill Horton's Crocs comes SPL's chef de cuisine, 26 year-old Christopher Kufek. Before his SPL days Kufek worked at Maggiano’s and El Bizcocho at the Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego. Fun trivia: Chris used to be a carpenter before he found his way into cooking. [EaterWire]
