Status: Opens tomorrow
After soft opening for friends and family over the weekend, Sang Yoon (Mr. Father's Office) publicly debuts his second restaurant concept, Lukshon, tomorrow on Helms. He originally planned to open the doors today, but at the very last minute, just yesterday evening, changed his mind to launch on Tuesday. The overall design aesthetic is shiny, sleek, and angular, upon entering notice the long communal glass dining table, then off to the right sits Lukshon's bar. Knock back a few Belgian-style beers, a crisp white, or a cocktail made from Yoon's selection of small-batch Asian spirits.

Straight back is the open kitchen plus dining bar, check out all that stainless steel machinery that help Yoon craft Southeast Asian dishes like Singapore-style duck rolls and Malaysian flatbread with lamb sausage.

To the left of the communal table is a glass partition which separates the dining room from the bar area, in the restaurant's main space one will find about 10 or so caramel-colored suede booths for those who prefer a more comfortable dining experience. Several different dining options exist, there's this main dining room, the kitchen bar, the communal table by the bar, plus the outdoor patio with fire pit. After a year and a half of updates, Lukshon has arrived!
