For those who are not able to check out the Bruce and Eric Bromberg’s new Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill in Vegas’ new Cosmopolitan hotel, the brothers have recently helped to revamp the bar/lounge menus at select Renaissance hotels. The Hollywood Renaissance is among the first to role out the new culinary offerings. Other locales in the initial launch include New York, Austin, San Francisco, and D.C. Word is that 20 properties throughout the country will offer the Blue Ribbon fare by Spring of 2011. — David Morris
