So, the opening of Livello inside the L'Ermitage has been pushed back to January 2012, however in the meantime chef Joseph Elevado is testing out his Italian-Asian plates through a series of "test kitchen" dinners on Thursday nights in November and December. The menu changes weekly to include dishes like Harissa Lobster Salad, Grilled Wagyu Beef, and Soy-Mirin Pork Belly. Dinner costs $50 for five courses and is held in Livello's private dining room.
