Quarry Girl is none but obsessed with the veggie burger from Madeleine Bistro, and now she's excited to announce that the meat-free restaurant is expanding from Tarzana to the westside. And as a little backstory, Madeleine Bistro actually shuttered last May, but then reopened with limited hours. Now, management is planning a vegan cafe slated to serve sandwiches, ice cream, and pastries. To help kickstart this endeavor, they're asking for donations. The end goal is 20k and the fundraiser lasts for 10 days. [Quarry Girl]
