Remember that new Bottega Louie-esque market/restaurant cropping up on 6th and Main, suggested to open in November? It was originally named Fuse, and chef Patrice Rozat was tapped to craft a French-Asian menu. Since then owner Alex Moradi has changed the venue's name to Artisan House, and judging by construction shots it looks like that November debut could be met. [Brigham Yen]
