MAR VISTA— Grub Street discovers that Tanaka, a temporary ramen pop-up, has replaced Tamaya inside Mitsuwa market. As it turns out, this is actually a practice run for the recently open Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle, which launched without ramen service. Tanaka's stint inside Mitsuwa expires after October 22, which probably means that Tsujita will commence ramen in the near future. [Grub Street]
